30-Day Return Policy
We want you and your senior dog to be completely happy. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we'll make it right.
Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original packaging (except in the case of defective or damaged items)
- Sale items are eligible for store credit only
How to Return
- Email us at sales@graysnoutco.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you a return authorization and instructions within 1–2 business days
- Ship the item back using the provided instructions
- Your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will send a free replacement immediately — no need to return the original item.
Wrong Item Received
We'll send the correct item at no charge and arrange return pickup of the wrong item.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear after processing.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened consumable products (treats, supplements) for hygiene reasons
- Custom or personalized items
