Last updated: July 2, 2026 We want you and your senior dog to be completely happy with your GraySnout Co. purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Items marked as final sale
How to Start a Return
Email sales@graysnoutco.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, email us immediately at sales@graysnoutco.com with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. Return the original and place a new order for the item you need.
