We want to get your senior dog's essentials to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Times
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days (when available at checkout)

Shipping times are estimates and start after your order has shipped. Delays may occur due to carrier issues or high demand.

Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order size.

Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.

Lost or Stolen Packages
GraySnout Co. is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact your carrier first, then reach out to us at sales@graysnoutco.com and we'll do our best to help.
